Yep - I'll probably back management as a co-investor on this one. If the dividend can keep up with anything like what is has been then it's fine for me, and they're keeping the cash so I can't see why dividends won't be maintained at reasonable levels. Lots of the Management aren't as weathy as Mr McGrath and so I expect they appriciate getting the dividends as much as I do.
It also makes it much easier to bring new Agents in as "Shareholder" in an unlisted business.
Wondering why MEA was up/down ~8% and then seeing only 50k shares traded is a bit of a distraction to my portfolio, to be fair ;-)
