what is sad - is the fact that management spent > 15 months...

what is sad - is the fact that management spent > 15 months talking abt refinancing, and did NIL about achieveing same .......

these same "management" also:

didn't disclose the full terms and conditions of the preff shares ........

nor the full extent of the "fire" ........

nor the "transfers" of spending betwixt different assets .......

and yet got "paid" via share equity plans .......

I hope that an enterprising shareholder(s) takes some sort of action against these people .........
