From the way I read it GCM don't have much of a case.
However the last quarterly tells where the funds will come from for the progression to Pre-FEED
The Company continued to progress strategic conversations regarding its graphite joint ventures andpotential development of the Company’s other mineral assets.
Hexagon is in strategic discussions with a single counterparty to secure funding for the company’snear-term capital requirements including completion of WAH2 Pre-FEED.
