Firstly: new website. Promised in dec 2017. You could argue that they can still do it this month but tbh I think they needed this done back in November and a place they could direct people while at the expo and so people can be educated about the products they have.

Dividends: the promise of this screams red flag. South Johnstone isn’t profitable yet.. they sent samples and blah blah but before any significant money can come in from that they need a capital raise.

Pet food: firstly this is research and development. I know from following all the pot stocks that there others already doing this and have products. Zelda therapeutics is one.

Hemp honey: eve is doing this with their Maluka honey product.

Letter of intent for MM products: firstly it’s a letter of intent. It’s not signed and sealed. Also assuming something happens here QBL or MCL will have to go through human trials and when it is approved it will have to be prescribed by doctors. So I seeing that as a maybe happening and if it does a decent time away.

Almost every ann they do is filled with ridiculous jargon... monumentous Australian first.. to our knowledge this is the first of its kind in Australia. MCL are not the only players in this field. There is a tonne around the world and here in oz.

Do I think QBL has a future? Yes but is now the best time to invest.. nope! I thought they’d be far more advanced having met and seen AK in Sydney expo. Top guy and super knowledgeable and like you I want to see him succeed but they’ve missed a huge chance with the legalisation of hemp foods to capitalise. Sydney expo was in may and law changes have been known prob since at least feb. to me not having a website and other things in place to prepare for this is poor form.

There are great things about vita hemp and mcl and I’m sure they have a compareable product to other already out there but it’s the way QBL carry’s themselves that frustrates me the most. There anns are poorly written and they just seem to want a jump in the SP. financials in January won’t lie. If these guys have a mountain of cash and don’t need to do a credit raising to push south Johnstone I’ll be gobsmacked but given their history I can’t see things changing but if I see changes I’ll buy back in. I’m not one to short this but the hype around this makes it easy for day traders to cause chaos here. I’m not down ramping because I want cheap shares I’m rather reaching out to MCL and QBL to get there act together and show some
Class because I’m not seeing it. I’ve come from true believer to total skeptic.
