Depends on how much CBD and THC is in it. CBD alone isn't illegal. The problem is the governments don't know the difference. Weed is weed to them. But they are slowly being educated. The Australian government is doing a great job. New Zealand, as usual, will be 10 yrs behind. Conservative rednecks.
