Any ideas when the EGM will be scheduled? I note that tranche two (the additional 38% share purchase to take to 51%) has a conditions precedent of regulatory approval of the transaction AND shareholder approval of the transaction at an EGM.
The first tranche of shares @ AUD $0.31 will be issued on Wednesday (representing a 13% share in the company).
Any ideas when the EGM will be scheduled? I note that tranche...
