re: Ann: MCP Announces Completion of Equity R... Well, the shareholder SPP was priced roughly the same as the insto's - and depending on your own personal situation at an issue price of $2.10 you will be slightly better or worse off.
A word of caution to those looking to take advantage of the issue price by dumping their existing stock. Bear in mind the company reserves the right to scale back applications coupled with the fact there is a "potential" for the SPP to be over-subscribed 10:1. Meaning of course their is no guarantee you will be able to buy back at $2.10 the full volume sold now.
