Agreed.... Offer is way too low but no harm in trying! I'll be hanging on to MCP even if they are successful as I reckon the juicy divs will still need to be paid or the new owner's SP will be hit hard too. Realistic SP with all that's gone on, but assuming the divs continue would be about $1.87 in my view
