IMO many are misinterpreting this agreement deal and misrepresenting it's potential. I have been involved in a number of agreements of a similar nature where the (now being described as over generous and sucked) party in the deal has invited and sponsored the deal such as we see today in it's own best interest.
Why, because the (seemingly sucking in and beneficial) party has no investment in making the agreement work unless they have skin in the game.
Do people here really think MCP is so incredibly dumb they would do such a deal if it wasn't in their own best interest. Do people throwing these ideas around actually have any experience in this type of synergistic deal making.
If that's what they think and if they are still holding stock they need to ask themselves some serious questions.
