Shareholders should be given an explanation for this 'assassination' . The Board members should also resign. Clearly the MD was responsible for the China stuff up and is responsible for 'screwing' the investors with the placement (when did the Board and management realize the China sale was crap??) but he did this with ,undoubtedly, the full knowledge and support from a Board of Directors who also are culpable. And ,dear Board , have you investigated the 'insiders' who dumped stock before the bad news was released??? This is 'go to goal' behavior. Was the MD aware or involved????? Who knows but we should get an explanation. .
