A sizable acquisition for MCP, given MCP's small market cap, and hence will have a significant impact on MCP's future results.
Remember Blackmores effectively mothballed this brand into the too hard basket after trying to increase sales and profits for several years. Along comes MCP to take it off Blackmores hand.
I have my suspicions, why will MCP succeed when Blackmores failed??
