Arrotex would have found that the growth strategy being put forward by the brains trust at MCP is based on expanding into export markets with brands that cannot be sold in their target markets due to not owning the trademarks. Seriously how do you put any faith in their export strategy when according to their takeover defence brief it is being run by a primary school teacher
