This company seems to have some really good brands that are like diamonds in a safe deep within it and everyone at the company seems to be told not to fk them up which they appear to abide by however they fall for the classic trap of "growth" rather than patiently waiting for new diamond opportunities when they rarely present themselves in the world so their actions have actually compromised the diamonds in the safe even though those diamonds are still leaders in their markets and still pumping revenues because people love them Multix, Swisspers, Manicare, Lady Jane. Who knows about face cream trends? What are they doing in these markets that are basically just trend based and will dump them once the next fad arrives and competition is against some of the biggest fashion brands in the world with marketing budgets multiples of MCP's market cap? The cotton bud applicator remains the same but the creams on the end don't and MCP moved into the cream casino.
Why does this company need a revolving credit line to function? What happens if a crunch comes and they cannot pay it back in the same period? The balance sheet would change significantly.
Also no major shareholders with real stakes so if MCP gets depressed enough someone could pick it up for a song, sell off all the barnacles or just shut them down and ride off into the sunset with the diamonds.
