Yeah - whatever Arrotex found whilst doing due diligence must have been bad - they didn’t even come back with a reduced offer - they ran. The Gallen offer now seems incredibly generous. They must be laughing at their good luck. More writedowns to come on the 93m in intangibles (brand valuations and goodwill).
