The board unanimously rejected the offer and advised all shareholders to do the same stating the offer was 20% undervalued at $1.60 in their ill advised 72 page ‘reject’ statement. The board was completely against engagement at a price below $1.90, this is why arotex decided against pursuing what would be required to be a hostile approach
