McPherson's is a good dividend stock that generally pays out 10% franked... A company wanted to do a take over from them at $1.35 but rejected. McPhersons has a long history of products, but they need to keep adapting to trends to stay in the game. It's not a bad business per say, but they need to find change their strategy and approach if they wont to be come a multi-billion dollar company which is hard to see if you ever go back to their reports for the last 20+ years. Didn't know you were into this stock as well ? ?
