This is prima facie good news but where is disclosure of the approvable conditions? They clearly know them. We should know them and be in a position to judge ourselves whether they are likely to say yes or no. With all the big name board members they continue to disappoint with disclosure.
Not disclosing these was a big ball drop. Have lost a fortune with these guys and would like to know more about a buy decision.
