    "You can count on the Regis Board to issue a negative post during peak spot prices... no doubt to soften the blow of more bad management..."

    I couldn't think of a better way to avoid a class action... limit the downside loss and limit your risk of a class action right.

    Although I am not implying RRL is anywhere near that boat, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a tactic that directors use.
