TVX listed Artemis Gold has roughly the same CAPEX as McPhillamy , lets call it $AUS1billion .
The difference is the Artemis project will produce 480,000 ounces per year at AUS1000 AISC with a 12mtpa plant
Artemis head grade is 1.3gpt, strip ratio 2, hydro power and plenty of water.
That's the type of project that you want your money in.
You would be better of buying the GDXJ than REGIS, less risk but the upside is not much less. The GDXJ or GDX would buy RRL anyway,. In fact often the only real drivers of gold stock share prices are these ETFs for a good reason.
The big returns now are in the bombed out gold juniors sub $100m market cap. Conditions are the worst I have seen since 2000 when i first started trading gold stocks. So I reinvested my RRL profits in bombed out juniors. I feel good about that!
