One would assume its largest shareholder would be the underwriter, lol
A capital raising will be very interesting, if MCT doesn't take part in the CR, they are only going to dilute their own holding which impacts their takeover.
Have you considered NME shareholders who are objecting to the takeover will take part in the capital raising?
There seems to be plenty of love between the two parties.
