Well MCT is trying everything they can to take over NME,
I think this is a good indication of the value MCT sees in NME"s projects. The negative side to this, shareholders of both companies are suffering from this action, I would also hate to see how much of shareholders funds are being blown with legal and court cases, this is a major distraction for both companies and they are not focusing on their projects. Which again is harming shareholders wealth.
