    I hope the following chart helps you in understanding how well this takeover is going for your investment in MCT,

    You are down between 60-70% since the takeover action commenced VS NME down 15%,
    Would you agree this takeover is significantly impacting your wealth?
    and, would you agree the directors of both companies should stop all of the legal action (which is a waste of shareholders funds) and focus on coming up with the best solution for all involved?
