    If I buy 1 Nme share for 0.04 and take the offer of 4.8 mct shares @ 0.01 isn’t that in the money? Is there any sense in buying all the Nme shares under 0.048 just so they can let the sale clear and accept the offer? Minus brokerage and assuming mct stays at 0.01…what am I missing?
