    This is a civil commercial case. There is no committal hearing.
    lawyers on both sides have to convince a judge a process that starts with a brief outline of opposing arguments and then evidence collection called discovery. Lots of arguments about what is discoverable follow.
    its a slow grind and an expensive one.
