I don't think reviewing director fees or what was said at the NME AGM 3 years ago carries much weight. The more important issue is the annual report of NME together with the various statements (directors reports, notes to the accounts, auditors opinion) about NME's basis of accounting and manner of achieving an audit opinion of sorts (heavy on emphasis of matter/key audit matters).

The annual report does not support continued CRs, external funding and NME's financial sustainability (past 12 months). You dont have to be a rocket scientist or have an MBA in finance to realize NME has entered to realm of mickey mouse accounting with less than adequate credibility at the top level.

Hopefully all NME SHs read and digest the annual report.
