Agree fully TP1- rapid and sustainable growth especially in financial services is built around a close-knit and stable team. Think Macquarie and Bankers Trust in the eighties and nineties, Challenger post 2005. The turnover in the top team and the layer below is a fundamental concern which may even have contributed to Tarek's departure. Beware of a downgrade.
