Just to clarify that Vassie was a director of A40 Alita, and it wasn't so far back that the same occurred for Mark Calderwood in another company that he was a director of.
Seems that A40 directors are being punted from their perch in other companies also.
It makes me wonder if anything underhanded and illegal might have occurred here despite their claims of "it's for the family"
What really took place under their reign at Alita. Were investors and holders ripped off?
Things may not have been absolutely kosher.
