The meeting was very informal which I was glad of as I hadalready heard the AGM audio. The AGM slide presentation was there but more referredto than followed.
It was very much a question and answer session, with Bob coveringsome presentation points and elaborating on certain areas. We went from topicto topic pretty quickly due to the nature of the Q&A style. I wasn’t takingnotes but a few thoughts all imo…
The focus for Bob and the team over the last six months hasbeen Alexicool with the results expected to flow over CY2019. The analyticaltool has been a boon for Alexium with us for example winning back a largecustomer previously lost. Positive EBITDA next year is from forecast Alexicoolsales alone. [Although imo this is not cashflow positive as we still have largeinterest payments that are excluded from EBITDA]
With Pegasus I gather, imo, the “USD10m” that was mentionedin that announcement a couple of years back that everybody is stuck on and madewhen others were leading the company was more perhaps potential / possiblesales. I think the actual reality is/will be that they will be a lot less andpeople need to forget that figure … imo Pegasus is not the company maker.
With Alexiflam, TSCA registration could be complete andthrough early next year I think?. They remain excited about the potential withAlexiflam and we may see a website for it similar to the Alexicool site or anew and re-jigged main Alexium site to help it’s promotion. Interestingly atsome stage we may see Alexiflam as a brand, i.e. labelled on products (kindalike a gore-tex label). We could potentially do this more so than withAlexicool as bedding customers like to have their own cooling brands.
Military looks big, bigger than I thought and I am mostexcited about the application of basic FR on general uniforms. Keep a close watchon the progress here people. Seems like we and our partner need to now justproduce a number of uniforms and give then to the military for a trial. Notsure of the timing of any trial but it all seems to be coming together andhopefully we will have separate announcements on this going forward given howmuch of a company maker this potentially is.
US investors are also apparently watching our progress onthis front too. So again people keep a close watch on what is said / announced inthis space. Still may take a while before actual sales, but just keep watchingthat progress.
I get the feel that the focus is very much on these 3 maincornerstones – the push has been Alexicool, next up will be Alexiflam, with militaryalways smouldering away in the background.
Bedding companies are still very much the focus at the mo,with apparel to come.
Funding was mentioned, Bob stated that we still have $8m USDin cash, Jason (CFO) also talked about looking at other funding options e.g.given a large contract they could potentially secure a line of credit. Jasonhas had experience with companies dealing with these issues and findingsolutions.
We may also see an analyst report or two in the comingmonths (Patterson’s – Baker Young??)
Bob was also very positive on Allen Reihman our new chiefcommercial officer – I think with Bob, Allen and Jason we have a good team inplace.
All in all I was positive about the meeting and am more positiveabout the company. It sounds like its coming together but it may require alittle more patience – if we can get the military progressing then look out….
I have a buy order in the system…
I’ll be away from a PC until next week, so won’t really beable to response to questions

Very good summary. Nice to meet you too.
I too made the meet today.
I know suz will be jealous but just 7 peeps and Bob, Mark and Jason sitting around the table for 90mins, no formal presentation just questions and answer and referral to slides when appropriate. Very informal.
No big claims but a quiet confidence and aligning of what is important rather than trying to do everything at once. Its the vibe.
Not selling, buying.
