These project / engineering execution bullet points are perennially lacking dates too. We know it's because construction was originally earmarked from 2014 and they don't want LTH to use the slides as memes in the years to follow, but it doesn't make it OK to not communicate a timeline for these processes to eventuate
Revised project execution strategy, which was the umpteenth optimisation or change of course, was announced last March.
Any progress? How long more?
