As posted i believed bsl may have had something to do with the management changes.
Now considering bis technology /quality control and its imo only pathetic market cap relative to its technology/potential maybe there r bigger players involved.
Bradkin the steel supplier for the virginia class in the US has up till recently had many years of serious quality control grade issues ie report grades falisfied /approved when not up to standard.
Its the only reason i can suggest for management changes over last 12 months approx..
Bis not only produces armor plate but also pressure grade steel 2 completely different processes.

ps any major prime in steel or maybe not even in the steel sector would be interested in such a sector ie supplying US sub hull steel etc by owning a co like bis..
