I'd like to think it was more her than anything. If the business wasn't heading in the right direction I doubt Babidge would be back, he wouldn't feel it's right. They should be able to attract a high quality CEO to take us forward in the US. So if anything this is good news imo.
There has been no change to the financial guidance either.
