Finance likely to be running into 2016, and offtakes mean little without funding to allow the ore to be pulled out of the ground. Based on the emphasis of the presentation on tight conditions, not expecting to hear much advance on the financing front.

PBs wording and tone will be very interesting in the meeting - any indications as to the extent to which the consortium process has commenced/progressed, whether parties are reaching out to TNG or vice-versa, whether still trying to assemble members or in the process of negotiating the balance of contributions and terms.
