My take is;

when WOOJIN signed off take the TIVAN results were known but the process had to be completed for a BFS and to meet any issues raised by the Malaysian Authorities for there consents. (I use BFS instead of the other options)

Finance is well in train.


There are just a few details that require completion some of which just take time to complete or formalise befor DFS then all the pending aggreements can be signed off to enable the complete picture to be revealed. That is why im reasonably comfortable with the essential time line previously indicated abd now reinforced with todays announcement.

My 7 august 2015 weekend prediction is lookin seriously hot after todays confirmation. Could be right on the money. Woo hoo.
