Please be aware that syndicated debt is $110M, institution placement is at $300M (not $110M as disclosed) and Downer is $50M.
To quantify that equity portion, at today's close of $0.13, the issue of $350M in fresh equity will result in 2.7 billion shares being issued on top of existing 750M. That's an 80% dilution.
Let's hope that equity raise is at the project level and not company level.
