    I don't think Peak works as a standalone mine as the quality of the titanomagnetite isn't there to feasibly mine in a traditional operation. Tivan makes that mine work economically.
    Even if the mine is split from Tivan, the mine will always have to be linked to Tivan for processing. Not sure who would get too excited about that. I'm glad we own the resource but Tivan is where the value sits.
