The way I look at it, its not TNG dragging their heels. SMS are completing FEED and I'm assuming its not their first one. Its taking as long as it takes. KfW are looking at Financing and again, no their first rodeo so its taking as long as its necessary.
The only think PB is responsible for is Aus permitting and delays prior to this point. I was critical of him in the past where he was over his head, but now we have the right partners doing what they need to do.
I firmly believe we are on the right path now with what we plebs are calling delays, might actually be due diligence, revisions and benefications to designs.
IP like Tivan doesn't come around every day, and if it does, as we're witnessing, takes years to develop.
