re: Ann: MD presents to US-Australia Roundtab... Yes I'd like some money back. I invested in this Company when it first started so I've been in for quite a while. Like you saltocan I believed and still believe in renewable energy in fact I'm one of those who is horrified at the world's indifferent response to global warming.

Petratherm was my company of choice to make a difference. However the world moved on and Petratherm, like all geotherm companies in Australia, failed to proceed. It is galling that countries like the Phillipines can generate so much of their energy from geothermal sources while we are still drilling the odd hole here and there and so far producing no energy at all apart from that expended by exasperated shareholders.

Whilst it is self evident that geothermal lost favour along with diatribes against the carbon tax and a booming coal industry no company can survive unless it actually produces something. So, unless Petratherm can get on with making electricity the future doesn't look too bright for the Company or my not inconsiderable (for me) investment in it.

So, if the Company does succeed I'll be happy because I'll get some money back and the world will be producing a little less CO2 but as indicated above I've already been in this for a long long time and patience has worn very thin.
