Agree with you IV. Most rare earths projects are capex intensive and typically takes 10-15 years to develop . Lyc is a typical example.This will apply to Ucore who are yet to develop the mine/concentrator and the RE extraction plant to produce the RE concentrate ( carbonate or Chloride solution) for RapidSX .
This project is still an early day and it is still in proof of concet stage
