It was on market so AME doesn’t get any money out of it. Would have cost MDI $3-4m. It’s just part of MDI’s general play on AME, which has been going on for ages. My point is that needing AME is not great (but I don’t think that’s what this is about) whereas wanting AME is clever/fine (which I think this is simply a move to give us more leverage in that regard).
