Solid deal for SER in my view. MDI had approx. $3m cash at the end of the last quarter, which is a lot more than what SER had. MDI's sole focus is in that part of the NT and therefore these tenements are significantly more likely to be explored properly and sooner in the hands of MDI rather than SER. SER retains significant exposure to any exploration success through a holding of approx. 13% in the enlarged share capital of MDI. All IMO and GLTAH.
