    I think it's the norm that an existing CEO helds the new one in the role so a few mths overlap is not going to make a huge deal of difference in the long run......having said that, the increase in cost of the CEO hopefully pays off for shareholders in the long run

    as for selling 6 or 12 mths ago, well that is all up to us as investors......it seems few predicted at that time that the market would change as dramatically and growth stocks burning cash would get punished as they have....what we can do is change our perceptions that a this will be worth 30c (100m) or 60c (200m) without a corresponding change in the bottom line that justifies that MC.
