first time I've seen them present a forecast beyond the current year, but good to see that they have a decent ambition on top line and margins, but also are mapping out a path to achieving it through investments in FY25-26 (the $10-15m internally funded programs), and also the areas they are looking to tackle in both the US and ANZ to increase revenues.

Ratcliff has really put his stamp on this company, changed a significant share of the executive team and added a real focus on delivering cashflow, revenues and profitable growth......it's been 2 years since Read left and Ratliff's appointment, and shape of the company is totally different to ~Jun22 (and share price at that time was ~15c!!)


~$250m in revenues and ~$50m in EBITDA in FY2028 with a plan around that coming from (omnichannel, pharmacy, market expansion etc) all seems like they have a plan.......and my sense is that some existing investors are aware of this aspiration and potential, but the broader market has not
