If they are charging the pharmacy as a transactional cost (ie clipping the ticket for a very small amount on each transaction, rather than charging the pharmacy), wouldn't it be no different to credit card fees charged by Visa/Mastercard or delivery fees paid to a courier? I'm hoping that Plus One integrating with the pharmacy's back end systems should easily allow for this clipping of the ticket to take place. - These are all my my assumptions, nothing has been confirmed with MDR
