If i understand the business model well enough the pharmacies need to be signed up first then the pharmacies customers need to use the application. More users would be more revenue. Maybe i have misunderstood the model and if so you have a very good point.
There has tot be very significant savings in streamlining medication management pathways between pharmacies, patients and drs.
