Have held MDR for over 3 years and despite knowing pharmacists that love the app, I've never been able to reconcile that (along with their market share in Oz) of the anemic revenue growth....perhaps they are not charging enough or they are not able to monetise that scale appropriately.
What it does seem to have demonstrated is that the drug & insurance companies are willing to pay for that connection to clients (or at least having an app to remind clients of adherence).....certainly this seems to be where the revenues are in Oz and US. The question is whether this revenue stream can grow.
The lack of progress in Asia and UK (and even in Oz with pharmacies) IMO seems to indicate that this is not going to deliver the revenue growth through charging pharmacies or patients....I hope I'm wrong, but if Aus is any guide, the growth here is limited (at least in the way they are doing this).
