So .....not just a loan facility but CR as well.....disappointing..... loan facility terms not great either given interest rates at historic lows.... They are presenting it as a great deal but it really isn't given in a super boyant market just last year they were allegedly raising at 44c, then had to apologise when that did not happen and actually raised at 38c and now another 25% below that at 30c. Howzat for capital destruction?
