Jeepers they need a pretty strong sales pipeline to get past this. They need the person who sold the insto's on investing to join the customer acquisition team! Agree the debt financing isn't the greatest deal but I would suggest it would be reflective of risk / desperation. Lets hope there's a pump somewhere along the line so those who want to can get out. There needs to be a disappointed sentiment haha
