it would seem like their investment advisors really gave them bad advice, and mgmt seem pretty clueless wrt what would have been the preferred option......first the raise at 45c, and then the retail offering which was at a fixed price rather than a 5 or day day average

doesn't fill me with a great deal of confidence

perhaps what would have been useful is to give some guidance on how Asia and UK are doing, but I can't see any reason for them not highlighting this unless its been fairly mediocre.......more delays or just over promise and under deliver

so much promise (incl Adheris purchase & opportunity), but execution seems lacking....I just hope I'm wrong
