A share price often gravitates towards the placement price.
All that's happened (so far) is the commitment of funds to acquire Adheris.
The newly placed shares won't be tradeable until November 17, so today's trading is only from the original register.
The current register might be happy taking 5%-10% profit knowing they can re-buy at 38c.
Unless you were wanting to sell on open, just be happy with today's announcement.
It will take some time before the share price bubbles up and I predict a pop will occur at random when a larger holder says so.
