The newly placed shares won't be tradeable until November 17, so today's trading is only from the original register.
The current register might be happy taking 5%-10% profit knowing they can re-buy at 38c.
Unless you were wanting to sell on open, just be happy with today's announcement.
It will take some time before the share price bubbles up and I predict a pop will occur at random when a larger holder says so.
