I agree. I have been tracking MDR for a very long time and appreciate futurenow's enthusiasm. Have yet to see anything to get me excited enough to want to re-enter to be honest albeit I do love the space. SP has gone no where for years (factor into it the SP "adj" to see that). They keep making acquisitions to conceal the lack of organic growth and progress in their core business. I'll become an investor once I see their business model working. Acquisitions are hard work. This one is going to distract them for sometime and therefore I am not expecting to see much "real" growth in the business for ages. I wonder if this is why Josh keeps selling down? Losing confidence in the direction or leadership?
